Step steps at the front of the building ,but there is a entrance at the side for wheelchairs. Very helpful staff.

Not sure how I go about it but i want to make people aware how fantastic member of the Keighley staff is, I would of been totally ruined if it wasn't for his fantastic customer service and friendliness , Paul Tate he's called. brilliant man. can not thank him enough , each time I visit he gives 100%

Although friendly, none of the staff can actually tell me what's going on with my account. I have now had 5 different stories, and spent a total of 4.5 hours in the bank.........
