Went in on a Saturday afternoon and had amazing customer service and it wasn't too busy. Delighted that I was greeted at the door and the receptionist was very friendly and well mannered. She told me exactly where to sit and how long it would be until I was seen. The lady who delt with my query was very professional. She was understanding and sorted my problem within 10 minutes. Its good to see that great customer service is still out there. Great little branch if you need to use it
We had really good customer support from this bank especially with Alex who spent extra time to solve our issues. Thanks Alex for supporting us.
The staff were incredibly kind and accomodating; they took care to make sure they respected my pronouns and helped me when I had a problem with a transaction while using online banking.

I had tried several times to use the counter. Because of my work i can mostly get to the bank on weekends however I found that their counters are closed then. Tried to get off work early, got there at 15.00 and discovered that counters close earlier. This is obviously a very frustrating situation but the one of the staff members was very helpful in helping me and took the time to actually talk to me and see if we could find a solution. Very grateful to her today.

The opening hours they have are honestly ridiculous. If you work full-time during the week you won’t even get a chance to get inside. The only option which then remains is to go at the weekend when the last thing you want to do is queue at the bank. Please consider working people who would also like to use the bank during the week!
The staff in this branch are amazing despite having to take a lot of abuse from their customers. I was shocked to hear how some people talk to them despite the staff just trying to help… Thank you , you have always done good by me !!
I think experience differs. Though waited a bit before getting in, was well attended to. I went before my appointment day and wasn't declined attention. Magd... was amazing and she got a great persona...
They have a big problem with comunication in this bank. I was told over a week ago that Lodger's agreement would be okay to open an account i urgently need one at the meeting i was told it's not enough. People talk to each other. Seriously. Noone wants to loose time like that. Awful experience. Not recommended.
