I had a problem with my account that I couldn't sort out online. The branch were super helpful sorting me out as I struggled to use the app.  I felt like a was a VIP, nothing was to much for the ladies in branch.  Thanks for all the help. I will definitely return soon.

Louise the branch manager was extremely helpful today and I want to share my experience.  I came in with potential fraud on my account and I was alarmed how easy it was to become a victim of cyber fraud but she put a stop to all the possible threats and ordered me a new card.  I felt reassured and safe, and any possible thoughts of leaving Barclays has been dashed from my mind, great customer service.  Louise is an asset to the Barclays team.

Lovely to be able to talk to someone in person, I can't praise the staff enough at the Uttoxeter branch, thank you so much

Poor poor service will not answer phone.Been waiting from 29 july for a new debit card and we are on 12 September JOKE!! Still more excuses!!!
