One of the worst branch of Barclays I have never been such branch before. I have been running from 1 week to get access to my own account but every they gives different reason and send me back and tells me to come again. Only the staff name Richa she was helpful .
Went to get cash on a Tuesday just after 3pm. Branch closed and believe it or not no cash available from the outside ATM. Is that service?
Waited 20 minutes to be told I'd have to wait ~2 months for an appointment to prove my ID so that I could regain access to the banking app. I've banked with Barclay's for ~15 years and this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Recently reopened after a refurbishment.
A good choice if you despise your kids. Not so good if you care about their future. Sharklays website explains more, but it's UK's very worst bank for funding climate chaos.
I have been asked for an access code before I can pay in a cheque, but despite requests I have not been told what that code is. The only way to find out seems to be to visit the bank. I can go in on Thursday, but I can't find out if the bank is open on Thursdays.
Queues, queues, queues, always in there. Usually wait 10-20 mins to pay a bill at counter. To be told 'you can pay this online!' or on useless machines, which staff have trouble using. yes I can but not with cash! Staff walking around but only one on tills now. Can't change coins into notes, cant pay cash into envelopes in box now in case we are cheating the taxman cant do any of the stuff I can do at Natwest, that's where I put my pension lump sum, Barclays were not getting it. Rubbish bank. I agree with someone on another site, they were heavily involved in South Africa, they had Ads on TV for it, which you cannot now find. Exploiting the population there.
They're not even open on weekends? Seriously??? Don't bother going if you're a full-time worker/full-time parent
Condescending woman was stand in to help my elderly mum. Very disappointing
Dreadful experience. Staff are clueless and some very rude.
