Such a shame this branch is closing we have always had lovely cashiers who go out of there way to help us oldies who dont do online banking so polite and willing And happy a real big shame thank you to all the staff over the years you will be missed
Oh no, these bad reviews are obviously from people who live in Saffron waldon, I do not, but use this bank because it is so much quicker and easier than other Essex branches, OK, they are not always open but a pleasure to enter this lovely building, quicker aswell, staff friendly and efficient.
sorry barclays, this isn't against the great folks you have working for you, but your service is appalling. You've stopped your easy quick paying facility. Cut the number of folks behind the desk 1 person at peak time, cut your hours opening. going down hill, poor interest, my premium bonds are better return by the way. I can appreciate your strategy is move to the internet but there are some things that you have to do physically like paying cheque. Please install an quick cheque pay in machine
Hardly open, never answer the phone. Get through to other branches who email Walden branch for me and never get a reply. A month later still waiting for some form of customer service!
