queue up and only one person serving us and took too long Barclays in other towns got more staff to serve people not wait for 25min just to sort something easy
Got my concerns resolved promptly.
Wait for a cashier can be quite long but thanks to the addition of an instant deposit machine, the wait can be cut completly as hardly anyone uses it. The machine counts your cashnotes only similar to a cash counter or a self service machine in supermarkets and credits your account instantly. Accepts cheques too but not sure how long it takes to process them.
Probably the most useless opening hours you could find.
Excellent customer service and polite very helpful staff too
