I'm not a Barclay's customer, but was once when I was 17. I remember many years ago, I got charged for using every cheque I used!//so I switched to Santander used to be Abbey building society. Much prefer this than a bank.
This used to be a really nice bank. I joined as they had the most amount of cash tills in town. Now there is only one person on the counter and 8 people waiting and the counter it shuts at 2.30 which is no good of you work any later. Really thinking about swapping banks
Been a member for over 30 years. Always been great, but now .... Oh, my God the queues. I feel sorry for the staff who take the brunt of all the complaints as they try and 'force' those in the queue to use the ATM's. It's really not good enough and I am thinking of changing as it is just not good enough. Staff fantastic by the way. No complaints there.
Staff are always very friendly and helpful of your needs. Although it's a nice bank to go into as it's fresh and modern they have the glass offices and although it looks nice from the outside i can't help but feel it doesn't leave a hole lot of privacy for the customers i feel s lot of people are old fashioned and prefer more privacy and with glass doors/windows it doesn't provide a lot of this. But regardless of this i have and always will highly recommend barclays as a bank worth joining to anyone because i have always been a satisfied customer throughout my time with barclays so far. Overall just a great team and a great customer service. Continue the great work
The staff at this branch have exceptional customer service .And during this pandemic they have done more than enough to not only deal with our questions but to make sure we are kept safe and walk away feeling confident our problems and service were dealt with in the best possible way . I have to visit every month to move money to my current account in another bank. The staff are amazing and really make you feel welcome and safe. It is a joy to go there as they are always helpful and give great advice
It’s a lovely place but there is not enough staff around to ask for help. Stood in a queue for nearly an hour and 1 member of staff was going through the queue to see if they can help
Long time I had to wait on the sofa..one member of the staff told me to wait a little bit yet I had to wait like an hour being the first and only one in the waiting area
