As with many of the superstores at the moment it is on trend to reduce the number of shop floor staff and replace with machines, not a situation I relish as I feel personal customer service is fading fast. However,  twice this last week I have been overwhelmed by care and consideration shown to me by very able staff members who not only were quick to see I was struggling with my breathing and very kindly showed me to a seat and sat with me while I recovered. Then completed my shopping, put through the till, packed my bags and walked me back to the car park to ensure I was safe. Can I therefore,  say that if you have an employee of the day, month, or  year my vote must go to Paula C  and to Jo. - sorry no other names known but I do hope the management could make them aware of how grateful I am. MANY THANKS

I love it in here, the shop is the best place to go if you're in Yeovil. However, as good as this place is, I'm always coming back for this hydration drink labelled as 'PRIME', which they never seem to ever have up no matter how many times I come back here. But other than that, this establishment is really good and like no other in Yeovil.

Awful customer service and staff were rude to me and kicked me out. All because I did 2 purchases. I feel terrible and my confidence has been knocked. In fact I still have nightmares about it. Will not be surprised if they go bankrupt. Will not spend MY hard earned money at this store. Also it was only 1 person that LET THEM DOWN. I was buying prime hydration and it said nothing about 3 per customer so when I bought 5 they didn’t let me have any of it. Wow. Fix your stupid store asda. Will never come back whatsoever.

I used to shop often there but it has gone for the worse in the last few months :  - 1 they decided to install those terrible fridge doors in the refrigerated aisleshello germs and surfaces that force people to touch handles all the times and not being able to see thanks to reflections … worst decision ever and absolutely not needed.  - 2 in the last few weeks this “superstore” shelves are constantly EMPTY…. You go to Tesco or Lidl and they don’t have this problem.  Only positive is the fuel prices there, always reasonable but the decline is noticeable as I have been shopping there for 2 years

I was extremely impressed by a lovely gentleman called Steve at asda yeovil I am disabled and a wheelchair user some silly people had left chicken bones and pop cartons allsorts of rubbish in the disabled trolley Steve went out of his way to clean the trolley and even went out to help me get my shopping in the car and get the wheelchair in this lovely gentleman deserves a treat if asda managers read this please could you surprise him with something he absolutely deserves it it's not quite often you find a true gentleman thank you so much Steve god bless you

Beginning to notice that choice is limited compared to other local supermarkets. Went in to buy chicken breast on a Thursday evening at about 1830hrs and there was only one pack left in the chiller cabinet! Lots of larger packs but didn't need that many nor did I want to spend a tenner for it Maybe it was just bad timing and one of their team was just on their way to stock up the chiller? Anyway, I got what I needed and so that satisfies the requirements for this review!

I never used to be an Asda fan, but recently I have been shopping at Asda in Yeovil. I am so impressed by the sheer ease of it all. No £1 coin needed for trolley.. oh what a relief. Trolley bays are everywhere. ….. so fabulous. It is a low key, non demanding shop. The easiest self check out. Amazing!! Lovely, smiley, happy  staff to help. Truly… in and out in a minute and substantially cheaper then my normal Tesco shop! Such a happy and easy experience! THANKYOU

Good range and variety of daily items at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

Found what I went in for very quickly. Needed to use the emergency service pharmacy for a prescription and the staff were great on the phone and quick and efficient when I went to collect. It's good that such a large supermarket chain in the UK can still find time to look at after their customers. I would definitely recommend this particular branch.
