I am the regular hair dresser here at paternoster and have been coming here for roughly 2 years. All the staff have always been friendly, helpful and polite. I weekly get to see how they interact with their residents and can genuinely see the love and care they have for each of them. Paternoster is a lovely place and I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for that extra special care for a loved one.
When visiting Paternoster care home as a Foot Health Practitioner , I am always amazed by how kind and caring the staff are to the residents, something I don’t often see in my line of work .nI would totally recommend this residential home for anyone looking for help taking care of their loved ones.

We done Easter bunny hunt with Paternoster house care home. We went to visit this care home for collecting our price. I have to say that this is very lovely place to be. Everyone who we talked to was absolutely fantastic. They make us feel welcome. Definitely we will take part in future. Thank you again for this lovely event.
I attended this care home as a Paramedic on a non-urgent matter. On arrival the door was immediately answered which isn't always the case on care homes, the care staff were knowledgeable about their clients which isnt always the case in care homes and the units appeared to be well staffed.nnThe staff were well presented, appeared to be quickly and proactively attending to residents. The home appeared to be clean and odour free. All of the residents seen appeared to have positive relationships with staff. Their call system alarm was also not constantly beeping.
