The benifit of paying £150 for a return journey to Stansted is when you arrive back you call the office and the driver is there waiting for you. I don't want to hear he's only just left Maldon 10 minutes ago and will be 35 minutes. No apology when he finaly arrived, he didn't know the speed limit was 70 and obviously thought he was on a formula 1 grid by the way he pulled away from every junction. 1st weekly trip of a 6 month contract.... Every time the taxi was on time, getting prompt texts and drivers were polite. Would definitely recommend and use again on our next visit. Rang them when they were nearly ten minutes late'Just coming down to you sweetheart'! Rang ten miniutes after that and said this is turning into a joke and she put the phone down on me. Last time they take any of my hard earned cash!"},{"text":"A load of sh**! They say they will be slightly late which I found fine. Then they say they are just round the corner. I’ve been waiting for 20 mins after booking time and still no taxi. The driver turned up 45 mins late! Obviously they still want the full price and acted like nothing happened. Absolute joke.
