I found this place to train while we were there for the golf. The facility is excellent, with sauna, pool, so much gym equipment and even Starbucks for coffee downstairs. You need to do a lot of registration for a casual visit and pay minimum £15 casual visit. I found the manager sales to be excellent on customer service and helpful
Great sauna and steam roomnFacilities. Gym is friendly and never crowded so makes for a positive atmosphere and environment. Staff are friendly and helpful
Decent sauna and swimming pool. Never used gym as was only visiting Ayr. Bit complicated registration process for one visit but was worth it. Nice place to wind down.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are well maintained and clean in all the areas I was present during my visit. Love coming to the spa especially. Very relaxing, the steam room is my personal favorite.
The machines and weights area is modern with a good selection of equipment.nThe spa area however is in dire need of maintenance! The steam room has no grouting amongst the tiles leaving sharp corners exposed and likely contributing to the stale smell from trapped water. The sauna with splintered and worn out timbers would appreciate a facelift. More importantly though it needs a decent deep clean, litter under benches left there for weeks!
