I wanted pound coins to be told they didn't have any. However they miraculously found some when I pointed out that I was in a bank !
Visited bank this morning to try and resolve an issue that 6 visits to the Broughty branch couldn't sort, and in fact fobbed me off about. Jenny Dorward in Dundee assisted us admirably during a 2 hour visit in order to navigate a new system and stuck at it to resolve the issue. A big thanks go to her for her determination and cheery good nature. She's a credit to the Bank , so thanks for that Jenny.

Always been satisfied with the service of the staff here so no complaints from me,well done staff.And customers must treat them with respect the same way that they treat you with respect,hard times at the moment.
The bank and staff were extremely helpful and understanding when I visited in branch with my autistic son, who was getting quite distressed by this point. Very grateful mum.
Very helpful but no direct phone number so it very difficult to short out tbe probelems.we bave to speak to customers hotline which is taken hoours to resolve problems
Staff always friendly and helpful, can be relied upon for sound advise. Have banked with then over 30 years and always found them efficient.
Totally disgusting attitude towards disabled people. Will never set foot in Murraygate branch ever again, despite being a customer for over 30 years!
