I’ve always had pleasant experiences in this bank Friendly staff and always very helpful when you need it. I’ve never really had any huge waiting times. Things seem to run quite smoothly and efficiently . Very happy this is my branch .
Terrible customer service , lady who stands next to the the computer near the business counter is on her phone not working, look busy do nothing Walked by the lady who is standing at the front looking pretty but not doing anything apart from smiling I feel like you have staff in the wrong places , there's queues at the business counter and personal and you should place staff in them areas where most needed I was standing in the queue and the lady Infront was complaining she's been waiting for more than 20mins Management should seriously look into this branch as customers are fed up with this all the time
I have it on authority that there really are some lovely staff here. I did have that experience phoning them up, but visiting the branch was a different matter. A certain senior member of staffshe behaved as if she was senior, but that's a guess.. needs to seriously consider the customer experience and their own impact upon this. I was trying to help my dad sort out a serious problem with his account and was totally bewildered by the unhelpful attitude of this member of staff. I would recommend taking your business to a friendlier place.
Was seen to by an amazingly helpful lady called Gail, gave me all the help I needed, even when there was a large queue forming behind me she didn't rush me, saw to everything I forgot to fulfil for my business banking and had a smile all the way- a real credit to your company- give her a raise!!!!
I can't complain about the Staff. They are friendly and helpful. It's the waiting time that grates me Plus the Quick Pay In machine is a joke. All the notes have to be the same denomination and practically ironed to a smooth finish. If they wish to improve this branch; 1 Have more staff on at lunchtimes. 2 Fix the quick deposit machine. 3 Don't have a member of staff employed to ask the lengthy queue if they need help. Put them on a desk to serve. 4 Install a Coin Counting machine for the customers. Big five stars for being opened on a Saturday mind
Lovely, friendly staff which makes your day. The bank has two ATM machines inside the bank and two outside. They also have a machine where you can put money and cheques in, we weren't sure how to use this but a female staff member showed us what do do and it was really easy. We were grateful for her help. Keep up the great work
I accompanied my Aunt today during a visit to this branch of Bank of Scotland. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We were seen by an advisor by the name of Alison and we were both impressed by her friendly cheery but professional attitude. She dealt with the problem very efficiently and my aunt's account was up and running again really quickly. Thank you for all your help Alison. Your customer care is second to none!
