Visited without an appointment and was grateful to have spent the 3 hour 10 minute session with the assistant manager. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout. A very nice young man who made the laborious task a pleasant one. Thank you very much TSB Paisley.
Went in to deposit some bags of money into account was told they don't do that on a saturday. Told me to go to post office next door ? Why would I do that when I am standing in bank with 3 staff members doing nothing and I am wanting it deposited into my account, would have took all of 2 minutes to weigh bags and put money into my account. Saturday is the only time I can get to bank as I work Monday to Friday. I explained this and they couldn't care less.
Always directed to ATM to do a cashier job, never enough cashiers. One helping a customer at front seat with Internet banking, meanwhile a floor worker arguing with me to justify unmanned tills. Please can u go to unmanned till if other person not doing it. No wonder other branches are closing
Saturday morning. Trying to deposit some bags of coins. Two staff at the door saying “there’s no counter on a Saturday”. Redirected me to the Post Office. Could one of them not just have jumped on a till and taken the money? Poor service.
If the staff who hijack customers at the door and make them use machines were at the counters then they would provide a proper service !
This is no longer an accessible high street bank... More of a drive through if cars where allowed. TSB is modeling it's shops like McDonald's
Monday morning probably the busiest day of the week for a bank. Here at the Paisley branch they have one banking desk open its absolutely ridiculous. Just seen 2 staff from the back come to help the one staff that is on and the go back in to there room. There's a que of atleast 7 in the branch and some waiting outside.
Left this branch for Santander because I had to deal with broken apps, auto deposit machines, and slowwwww staff. I come back today because I need a statement from my old account. I was told they should have the records but after talking with a clerk there she told me there probably wasn’t much they could do. After some hum n haw it turns out I could get a paper statement sent out costing £5 or try my chances with online banking. I did try and had no luck. I’ll be cancelling my credit card. Thanks for nothing TSB
TSB High Street Paisley is the worst branch ever now. Unhelpful and cold. And as for the TSB in general, well this summer i was locked out all my accounts for 2 weeks. and recently i tried to use my debit card, then my mastercard, to pay for a holiday Both were in funds ok and i was constantly declined... This has the makings of a bank that is failing. .....Fast!
If I could put minus stars I would, constantly plugging internet banking yet the website is totally unreliable. This bank has gone to the dogs..
