Awful bank.  Extremely poor service.  Never enough staff on duty. Cheque deposit machine swallows cards continually and staff leave you waiting for ages while they attend to 'customers' before helping you (ignoring the fact you ARE a customer). I have had so many problems there I am switching banks.
