My name is Hilary Murphy , I had pleasure dealing with a staff member yesterday Griday 7 Oct at your branch . I am not familiar with online banking and needed help sort out a problem . I’d like to thank him for his patience and efficiency with which he dealt with me and my problem. Unfortunately I did not get staff member name It was lunchtime if that helps. A cashless bank, never in my life!!!! This should not be labelled a bank!!! Staff are ignorant, unhelpful and down right rude! The worst experience iv ever had in any bank EVER!!!! Go somewhere, ANYWHERE besides here! Complete and utter joke of a place.
No cashier. went in to find out why my replacement ATM card would not work. had to queue for 20 minutes to be told there was "a glitch" when cards were reissued. seriously? Bank? this is not a bank more like a self service stop. makes you wonder why you pay to use a bank
No cash counter, only ever 2 staff there very hard to do anything if u work.. the open hr are very bad
