I couldn't transfer money through Remitly from AIB. I called customer care. One staff collected all details ,it took almost 30 minutes. Then he told, will call back within 5minutes. I wait one hour. Again I called, another person attended the call. This was repeated 3times. I didn't get any call back. I think staffs are not experienced and simply we are wasting time. Useless service.
One word. Tragic. I have been asked what service do I need. Said that need to open a bank account. Lady told me to wait in the queue. Did wait 45 minutes to be told that have to make an appointment. A joke of the customer.
I spend to much time waiting in this branch. They have 1 ATM that you can take cash out and one to put cash in. I don't know if it's me or am I always stuck behind people that one to do multiple transactions Wales the other ATM is always out of order. Today was my last day I'll be going to this bank which is unfortunate because this bank is so close to home but I think it's worth the effort going somewhere else instead of having hassle all the time. There are other machines in there as well that are never been used and never understood why they don't have more ATMs
You cant ring this branch directly anymore which is a pain. I had coin to lodge for work and wanted to know if coin drop machine was working as it's more times out of service than actually working. Upon my arrival with my heavy bags of coin - the machine was broken yet again. I was lucky the bank was quiet and was able to lodge it at the counter. Bring back the old days when banks were more personal!
Super huge queues, one machine working and one cashier only, about 15 ppl waiting . About 20 min waiying time in queu
Has cash lodging machine that is very useful if need to put some money on the card quickly. Super helpful.
