This shop is an absolute life-saver. Lovely guys, quick, efficient and super-friendly and knowledgeable. As a female I often get ignored/talked down to in other bike shops, but here they treat me with respect as a normal person - sadly an unusual state of affairs in bike shops I find! Was told he wasn't taking a lecture from me then to just take my bike and go before having the door shut in my face. Even if I was being demanding, I don't think this any way to treat a customer.

Saved me when I was stranded with only 1 pedal. The first set I bought were the wrong size for my cranks but Banchory Cycles were happy to exchange them for a pair that fit. Thanks guys!

I popped in today after a long drive up. Small issue with my bike was sorted immediately with very polite service. 
Was interested in where I was riding and took the time to chat about other places wort a visit. Great service and good value!

Phoned to arrange for frayed cable to be replaced, took bike in the next morning and fixed whilst I waited.  Very pleased with quick service and would highly recommend.
