I cannot recommend this shop more, Susan went out of her way to be helpful. We live near London and my mum had been in Scotland visiting a friend and found a dress in another shop but they didn’t have her size. I went online and found that Bentleys had the dress and I called and spoke to Susan, she was so kind, professional and helpful and she agreed to send the dress to us. It arrived beautifully packed two days later and my mum is over the moon. We so appreciate the wonderful service we were given and would highly recommend to everyone to buy from there

I have bought many items on line service fantastic but was to Banchory as my husband was working there. I decided to go and meet everyone. Their welcome to me was very warm and friendly and helped me choose my dress  for my Christmas  do on Saturday    Fantastic service, lovely warm and friendly staff, would highly recommend and will definitely go again. Just dropped in to this shop this afternoon for a preliminary perusal of wedding outfits. What a choice! Superb stock for all tastes. I was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful lady called Isabel. She is mature and knows what the customer likes/dislikes and has a real intuitive feel for the customer. I said I had been looking on the Net, as I do and she replied 'you have done your homework'! Well yes, but not a bad thing, saves timewasting. She is on the ball and works with you. This is exactly what I was looking for and I will be back to buy that special outfit with an appointment but 'with her approval' ! Isabel is a real people person and I would advise an appointment with her, she could be your Mum and that takes special qualities.

Very professional staff, helpful, friendly, and certainly not pushy. Vast range of styles, fabrics and colours. Highly recommended this dress shop, even I, the token male  found the whole 60 or so minutes passed quickly. Certainly be back.

The staff here make you feel like a VIP. Whether you are looking for that special outfit or just browsing, help is at hand and time and attention is generous.  The changing rooms are spacious and an honest opinion is given if requested.  Look in Bentley's first and you probably won't need to go elsewhere.  They have a vast stock. PJ

Fantastic collection of outfits , I always get something beautiful here, well worth travelling afar to as I would say one of best fashion shops around with very attentive sales people. Great prices compared to some shops in the Aberdeenshire vicinity. Well done

Staff member Susan  was very helpful and nothing was a bother to her very professional at her job plus love the dress I bought for my sons wedding.
