Attended the make over master class, a cost of £10 redeemable and it was fantastic. I had the lovely Ashleigh from Clinique and we went through from cleaning to lipstick, very relaxed, set up in a good area, professional, informative, fun thank you enjoyed and picked up tips on a new products which I purchased and ready to use. Would enjoy again or other events of similar vain. And the goody bag is fantastic that in itself is worth more than £10, so loads of lovely goodies to pamper myself with. Thank you all involved
always like going to this store and exploring to see what is different from other stores. Its a must to visit the restaurant. Staff are always friendly and obliging. food is of good quality
Just bought a few bits from the menswear section - Jenny could not have been more pleasant, patient and helpful. She made it a very positive experience and I am sure we'll be back again soon - largely down to her excellent service.

I would throughly recommend the make up master class. I am not very good with make up and did not want product I would not use. Katrina was amazing advising on what to use no pushy sales pitch. Lovely relaxed atmosphere I will definitely go in September to learn the autumn look
We attended a makeup masterclass! 4 of us mums took the afternoon off for some self care and what a treat we had. Buck’s Fizz and treats on arrival and stocked up throughout our hour and a face make over! I had Sarah looking after me and not only was she kind, funny and realistic with my wants, she was extremely knowledgeable! All four of us left feeling pampered and loved! And let’s not forget the amazing goodie bag!!!

I love Banburys. It is a luxury down in west Devon to have even a small Department store. It stocks all manner of gorgeous items, in a relatively small building, including lots that you fall in love with, but do not need! They have a lift , toilet and a cafe too. Staff are very cheerful and friendly and will try to get you what you would like.
Had a brilliant experience at the make up masterclass on Saturday. Learnt so much, gained confidence and had an expertly made up face at the end! Was even given a goodie bag of samples to go home with. Thank you to the cosmetics team, especially Katrina.
Went to the Lancôme counter to look for a new foundation for my wedding. The lovely lady who served me had a fantastic knowledge of the products and was therefore able to recommend the right foundation for me. She spent time prepping my skin and applying the make up on my face so I could see how it looked, and explained all the steps. I was so pleased with everything, it was a lovely experience. Thank you Banbury’s!
