Honestly rather die than ask them to help you. Dr Cronin and Dr. Logan are great people, but other services- telephone staff and people in reception are TERRIBLE. Rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately to get to doctors you have to deal with this “lovely bunch” first.
The Doctors and Staff cannot be faulted at this practice. Even with the pressures they experience daily, they've always been helpful and I've received an excellent service throughout my 42 yrs as a patient.nThank You
They do their best to accommodate you with appointments. The staff are friendly enough. Dr's do their best and are always cordial and helpful. No surgery is perfect but we have free health care and that's incredible. The treatment room system is a disaster but I'd have to rate that separately 1/5 star.
I would like to thank the medical receptionist who took my call this morning at the surgery for her professionalism and helpfulness. She sorted out both my prescription and appointment without fuss. It is greatly appreciated. Thank you
