My family make use of the pool at least twice a week. The changing area can be grubby at times but the pool staff and life guards are fantastic. My son has learning difficulties and autism and can struggle with public/social situations, rules and boundaries. However, all of the staff we have encountered are very understanding to some of his quirks, and in fact, genuinely interested to know and understand more about him, which is really quite refreshing. I understand that the staff are also recently trained in areas of autism. I can't fault the staff at all, and this makes our experience much more relaxed and enjoyable knowing we are in safe (and understanding) hands. Thanks guys!

Great facilities, lovely staff, well run, always clean. Lots of classes and clubs running and very well priced. We are there frequently.

Good leisure centre. Pool is basic and only 1.5m deep. However it's usually not too busy in the evenings and water temperature seems to be warmer than it used to be. Clean and tidy and the LED lighting in the changing area has really brightened the place up. For fun you're better off with Lisburn Leisureplex but for a regular swim Banbridge is convenient

Lovely small leisure centre with swimming pool and sauna. The only disappointment is that the parking slots are limited in the evenings, and gym is too small and too busy in the evenings to be able to take all the members. No dance or even Zumba classes offered.More classes for children will be great.
