Previously 1 Star, but action has been taken to resolve the below issues. I’d like to thank the manager for his time and efforts to resolve this. Let’s hope things improve going forward. I had (and still am having!!) a horrific experience. Avoid!. My partner and I selected and paid for two small trees in January with a stated delivery time of 1-2 weeks from Jamie the Manager of the relevant department. After no further communication three weeks had passed and we chased by email three times and called on numerous occasions to no avail or response. Then, once we got a response some months down the line we got reassured of another date. This revised date was delayed until 3 months down the line we got our trees....so we thought. The heavy trees were delivered but not delivered according to the instructions ( in the back garden so we don’t have to move the trees much) that were both verbally and written communicated - after having to go in store to push the order through - they were left on the drive and were far smaller than the agreed (and paid for) trunk diameter. After calling numerous times (again) we were called to let us know the correct trees will be delivered the following Wednesday or Thursday. Low and behold Wednesday and Thursday passed with no tree replacements and us still £100s out of pocket and STILL with the wrong trees. There is, in my opinion, essentially fundamental management flaws. Terrible communication; lies upon lies rather than telling the customer when the products will be available so we can make our own purchase decision. This still (on month 4!?!? Of ‘1-2 weeks’) has not been resolved. HUGELY DISSAPOINTED AND SOMETHING MUST CHANGE

Nice place, good quality food, good quality products, friendly staff and pleasant enviroment. Very nice place.

Aways enjoy visiting Bamptons garden centre. Lovely plants at reasonable prices. And they serve tasty food too. Gift ideas galore and very friendly staff. What more could you ask for?
