Nice place.. usually quieter during the week and very busy on weekends.. Food is ok.. Drinks, dessert are good.. Great staff, very friendly and happy to help.. Prices are acceptable.. Near-by parking available as well.. A bit cold yet nice.. We enjoyed our evening..
I went there on a Saturday night. The live music was so great! seeing people dancing. The vibe is so cool! but they need more staff! When you want to order something it takes ages to come or get the service you want! The price worth and is reasonable. The shisha was good too! The belly dancer are not professional at all!
We went here for sisha, dessert and some authentic khawa. Staff were approachable and helpful. Price was affordable as compared to other sisha places. Sisha was also decent quality. We ordered kunafa which wasn’t bad but not the authentic taste I expected. They also played live music, majority of the songs in Arabic. I would have liked to hear English songs too. Will be visiting again very soon.
Nice friendly staff even when at busy times they are there when needed, music was soo loud I lost my hearing, had a nice time with friends and food was great, would definitely go again.Food: 5/5
The lounge is massive lots of seating inside. The staff aren't that very warming. They offered us seats when we didn't book which was nice of them but then it just went downhill. The service was slow. They gave me cold fries. I told them about the issue they re-fried the fries and gave it back. Poor service. I wouldn't go back.Food: 1/5
Love this place!!! Great atmosphere, the staff are very respectful. Best service and food! Best staff members in my opinion is Nile and Islam, they always go above and beyond their duty to give us 5 star service always ! They have huge car park which is guarded by security, the lounge itself has security which helps us feel safe.
Service is terrible. We arrived 10 minutes after opening time, and were constantly refused service because the lounge was busy. Meanwhile the tables around us arrived later than us, received multiple visits from the waiters, and not a single one would serve us no matter how many times we asked. We stayed 2 hours waiting to be served and asking for service before leaving. Will absolutely never come back and strongly recommend others to not waste their time here.
I can honestly say I'm give this place a 2 star because the live music thay had was the only descent thing about this place. The shisha was terrible I ordered a lemon and mint and it had no flavor what so ever, just had a burning taste to it from the first mint they got it for me, I tried the other shisha that my friend order, they where terrible as well . I had to move charcoal with my tea spoon!!! so 0 star for shisha. The food was extremely cold and very dry shawarma, again we ordered food for 5 people and every 20 minutes one food would come to a person, rather than having all the meals together! Quality of food is poor in general, Greek salad was disgusting didn't even look like Greek salad!! Look at the photo then u can see it's not fresh salad and it's really old letters . 0 Star for the food Seriously service was extremely slow and very poor. 0 star for service I only recommend the live music but other that that it's a big no no for me.
Arrived here in few mins. Once seated we ordered a range of things on the menu. The menu has a good selection of dishes. Id definitely recommended this restaurant to anyone looking for good food at a reasonable price.
Excellent food in a great location! The restaurant itself was really large and lively! The wait times were also quite short which I appreciated. Lovely shisha All of the servers and staff members were phenomenal!!
