First time we’ve tried this Chinese takeaway and must say it tasted very nice; and was ready for collection within 15 minutes of booking the order on Just Eat. They have a very good covid safe set up in the restaurant itself with screening, masks and gloves. The lady handing me the food was very nice and polite. =
Ordered in from our hotel and the food was delicious! Hot and very tasty, would definatley reccomend this place, we thoroughly enjoyed our order, efficient service too. Thank you!
Ordered from here on New Year’s Eve. Must say the portions are heaping and very well cooked. Delivery came roughly on time but honestly cannot be mad since it’s peak hours on nye, got a nice complimentary bottle of coke and prawn crackers with my order - kids were happy !
Ordered for 3 people on a Tuesday night. The delivery took 20 minutes longer than predicted in the email, which surprised me as most comments said their delivery was usually very quick. I'll attach photos of the food, but here's everything in a nutshell: -singapore vermicelli noodles- very very bland. A little bit of heat taste wise but not rich in flavour. Also the noodles were so overcooked they were basically falling to bits. -chicken chow mein- tasty chicken, much longer noodles. But very very bland again. Hardly any flavour. - chicken fried rice- no seasoning at all there's actually, not even salt. I guess it's good to know if you are picking something for kids or sensitive stomachs. - chicken balls with sweet and sour- by far the only successful dish. The chicken was cooked well, not dry and batter was nice and crispy. The sauce was nice as well. All of the dishes apart from chicken arrived room temp and got cold very quickly. Maybe the driver got lost and couldn't find us as this was first time ordering from this establishment. The menu was very tempting and the price of all items was more than reasonable. Question is would we order again? And unfortunately at this point I'd say no.
It's been a very long time since I ate Chinese food that tasted this good. The best Chinese food in Banbury by far. Excellent prices to. Much cheaper than most of the others. Loved it and will certainly be ordering chinese from here now on. Yummy!
purely disgusted with our experience. told our order will be 40 minutes, after 1 hour we called only to be greeted with verbal abuse. Told our card was declined, when confronted with facts that it hadn't they started stuttering. We were told we had no food then called back being screamed at down the phone "do you want your food!!" Utterly disgusted.
Food was over half hour late, you don't text someone after the time it's due to tell them it's running late you text before. Starter was full of salt & nothing else. The curry was the worst thing we've ever eaten, beef was dry and overcooked and the sauce was watered down & bland no flavour at all! The chips were like cardboard and the egg fried rice was dreadful, dry and hardly any egg. Needless to say we won't be ordering from here again! It's a shame that you can't leave a review with no stars as we would not give this place even half a star
Good food, fast! I have tried others but cannot beat Eat Well. Thank you for your hard work, stay safe. So just order and pay online for super fast delivery.
ordered here on an evening in banbury when all other chinese resturant seemed to be closed. never again! absolutely horrid food! BEWARE. The food had a strange smell like it was going off, obviously being too hungry i ignored this, i ordered the house special fried rice, it had no taste and was literally white rice and some veggies all mixed together. felt sick after eating it, this place needs to be closed down. horrible.
Ordered food at 17:10 for delivery at 20:10. Arrived at 20.40 Food delivered didn’t match our order and had to wait another 40mins until 21:20 to actually eat, that’s 70mins in total plus prawn crackers stale. Won’t be using again!
