Felt like I was disturbing the counter staff by trying to order as they were too busy on their phones. We weren’t impressed with the food either. Curry sauce tasted unusual.

Like most Chinese takeaways there are dishes they do well and others no so well. They have good times and bad.  They seem to have had a change of staff since the last time I was there and I must say they've returned certainly some of their former glory.  Still a bit on the pricey side, but I might just be getting old.

Two things let this establishment down IMHO. The inability to  take card payments, which these days is unforgivable and backward thinking on the part of the owners.. and my last delivery from it. I asked for a vegetarian dish and what was delivered was a portion of noodles covered in a brown liquid with a few shrivelled mushrooms and some cashew nut slices in it.. Not impressed. The bin got most of it.

Clean friendly and efficient carry out.  Food has always been good with good portions .
