Ordered from here due to the good reviews and the value of the set meal deal with the curry. Ordering direct from the website was offering 20% off but it wouldn't accept my address for some reason, so had to order via JustEat which cost more. Annoying, but is what it is. Food arrived well within the delivery time and the delivery guy actually came up to the flat which made a nice change to other deliveries I've had. Food was also wrapped up really well, several layers of papers and bags on some of the items. Food was really nice, I selected the chicken dopiaza deal which came with pilau rice, naan, samosa, poppadom, mint sauce & can. Really good value. Food was tasty, well cooked and altogether worked really well. A good bundle for someone who wants a bit of everything. Will be ordering again.
The best pizza we've ever had !! Also really fun to make. Excellent customer service. Definitely recommending to friends and family. Ordering for our parents as a treat. Thanks Balti master ! x
I was expecting the usual food experience from a usual looking kebab/pizza place. I was wrong. They don’t use the usual Asian suppliers of grey chicken rolled in spices, pre-cooked. The chef here makes his own delicious marinades and cooks the food to order - FRESH! The chicken tikka meat is amazing, succulent, beautiful breast slices. The salad is limited to just 4 items but their under-advertised specialty is their curries. The chef makes the sauces on site and when he’s not there, you can’t get a frozen one reheated in a microwave. Awesome place for inexpensive, delicious food. The owners clearly care about their 5 star hygiene rating and having met the owners, the chef and the wonderful Kurd that is both tolerant and smiling regardless of clientele, I cannot recommend this place more than enough. I’ve lived in Cardiff for 11 years and I hope they open something in Bridgend where I’m moving to shortly. Thanks guys - Lee
Very disappointed as a vegetarian to have ordered two vegetable biryanis to find that both arrived containing chicken and prawns. We tried to call back to make a complaint but were sidelined and rudely told that we couldn’t be heard.
Ordered three burgers an chips an a chicken tikka madras with chips. They forgot the curry an had to ring them up to sort it out. My mates just got diarrhea from the burgers an my stomach is feel bad after my burger. Aswel as a hair in the burger trays. Chips an curry where good tho. Total rating vary bad
Just ordered from Balti Master and the service was beyond exceptional, making sure food got to me on time and even gave extras as I was a new customer to their business. Would definitely recommend.
WHAT A COMPLETE WASH OUT!! First time we ordered with them and will be the last ordered a keema naan which turned out to be chopped up kabab meat and the keema rice was also chopped up kabab meat and the chicken is the madras isn't chicken it's processed crap! The food was just awful AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Been ordering from here for years definitely recommend this place !!! Staff are really friendly and have even gone out of there way to make a conversation.. I live across the road and me being as lazy as I am always order from here and they don't mind that excellent service if I could give 10 stars I would !
Food was great, best selection and variation of takeaway food locally. Slightly over priced and drink selection was running low. Meal deals are well worth the price though.
Excellent service...delivery quick weather you ring or justeat...originators of BOGOF pizza's also very high quality for your money...
