You know when you keep trying new places to find that one, the one you want to keep going back to? Well this is one of those places, not just those little things that make the difference but quite many big things too, you won’t be disappointed… I had Lemon & Coconut rice with saffron, lamb Parthia and the chips, freshly chopped potatoes and home style cooked…
The food is excellent, freshly prepared authentic and delicious. The atmosphere is inviting and a beautiful aquarium. The only draw back is access for disabled people is not great a wheelchair user couldn't go.Food: 5/5
Highly recommended, first time eating here tonight. Food was great ,fast service even though the place was full. Good value for money with polite helpful staff.
Always have a great meal here but last 2 visits staff have not been so great. I don't expect over the top service but at least look like you want to be there!!! Asked to use a meerkat code buy one get one free mains but as our group was bigger than 6 they wouldn't honour it, saying only tables of up to 6 could use it. We didn't expect them to let us use the offer for the whole party and explained this as every little helps! Sadly it was a straight no. On the positive side the meals were good a bit of a wait for some side dishes, the spicy chips are worth the wait though!
First time visit to this bright bubbly Indian restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and menu was extensive. Food was good maybe could have been warmer but it was tasty and spicy will definitely come again though
We popped for a quick curry as had a long day and didn't want to cook. The prawn puree starters were excellent and the two mains we had one lamb one chicken dish were nothing special but all ok. The naan was light and fluffy so overall will go again.Food: 4/5
Portions were small and its the first time I've ever had a watery tandoori mix grill. I expected alot better for the money. I won't be going there again.Service: 3/5
We have eaten here regularly for nearly 6 years but recently the food is twice the price, half the portion size and an hour's wait between courses. So sad.
Service first of all was spot on. Very helpful and fast. Food was lovely, everything that came out was hot, tasty and just what you'd expect. Price of food was very reasonable and they even helped us out with the 2-4-1 meerkat code, so everything you see came to £26.80. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
2nd order in 2 weeks and didn't arrive within the 30-60mins eta. 90 mins the first time ad now after 68mins i chased it ive been told their busy and got to wait another 30 mins ordered at 18:42hrs so not that busy tbh!!!. not happy as I eat in the restaurant twice a month. wonder if they knew who was writing this review.
