Went here to buy my prom dress and it was so lovely, Adrian picked out a handful of dresses to begin with and had a great sense of humour, i was then helped by a lady to get into my dresses and all of the dresses had something i was looking for and were the right sizes mostly. there were a range of dresses the lowest price on one of my dresses was £200, most of the dresses fell between that and £350. the lady helping me was so sweet and really made me feel welcome and was the best at picking out a couple more dresses to try on after i had tried the first few, one of her suggestions was the one i ended up settling for and its soooo gorgeous. absolutely lovely atmosphere and i have no regrets choosing ballgown heaven
Thank you Adrian and Sandra for making my daughter's prom dress experience such an enjoyable one! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that anyone with a daughter who's shy or doesn't quite know what she wants to come here!nnFrom the very first phonecall, Sandra was so accommodating. I called on Wednesday asking for an appointment for Friday today of the same week as it was the only time I was able to get off work. She advised she would move some appointments and make herself available for a 9:30 appointment.nWe were made to feel welcome straight away and Adrian asked some questions around the sort of style my daughter was looking for. As she's not a dressy girl and very shy, she knew what she didn't want, but aside from that, wasn't all that sure on colours or styles.nAdrian and Sandra took the little information my daughter gave and picked out a dress, with 6 more to follow. The first dress was THE dress! It was STUNNING and my daughter walked out of the changing room with such confidence and looked breathtaking in it.nThe other dresses she tried on were all lovely, but they chose the perfect dress for her to try on from the start and to see her with such confidence made my day.nThe whole experience was so personal and easygoing. I would recommend them to anyone as it was such a fantastic experience for both of us, but especially my daughter.
Loved this place 5 years ago and loved it again today for my youngest daughter. Customer service is amazing the gentleman of the shop really made my daughter who's quite shy, feel relaxed and helped her to see how truly beautiful she is. Like he did for my first daughter! Plenty of time to try different dresses on in the time you have, no rush, no pressure and not to mention gorgeous dresses! Can't recommend this place enough. I went back for the service and wasn't disappointed again! Thank you for making my daughter feel like a million dollars! Xx
From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome . The man who runs the business has such a great sense of humour made me and my daughter laugh and feel relaxed which was so nice, he helped by making some suggestions too which was great. The lady who was helping my daughter try the dresses on was so lovely there was no pressure , no rush in own time kinda relaxing environment. I would highly recommend this place , great customer service , great sense of humour which was nice to see and hear as u don’t get that much now a days , so yeah overall definitely worth a visit u won’t be disappointed ,
What a wonderful place! The whole staff team were knowledgeable and helpful. The choice of dresses is overwhelming but they know what to pull out to make you look fantastic! My daughter loved her whole experience and have recommended to do many friends.
