Absolutely incredible selection of gorgeous ball gowns, have been back twice now for dresses and can not fault them! Could not recommend more, the customer service is amazing with truly lovely people. Felt completely at home and comfortable trying on dresses. Received endless compliments on my dress too!
What a beautiful selection. Great service from start to finish. Firstly we made an appointment and was made to feel so welcome. Adrian made my daughter and her friend feel at ease straight away. Sandra was so accommodating selecting dresses of the rails of what would suit. It was lovely having the nice old banter back giggling all the way through our appointment. Nothing was too much trouble. Returning to collect “the dress” What can I say. Another 5plus rating from us. Been and collected Annies prom dress from Ball Gown Heaven. Adrian and Sandra went above and beyond yet again to make sure Annie was happy with her dress. She tried it on, as was ordered in, just to make sure everything was perfect and it was, not rushed, time taken in Annies time. Thank you once again guys, you’ve made another girl happy. We will be back.
The staff were very helpful, although the male was a bit OTT at times. The shop is very small with not a great variety of styles of dresses, not saying that the dresses they had were not beautiful but they were all similar styles.p
You can't fail to find the perfect dress here! Adrian and his ladies are friendly and welcoming. They are experts at making you feel comfortable and suggesting styles and materials you may not have thought of and you never know what it will look like until you try it on! A HUGE stock of dresses to try. For any 'occasion' dress a visit is a must!!
Was feeling a little apprehensive about dress shopping but both owners were so lovely and welcoming that i was put at ease immediately. They really took time to get to know me and what I was looking for and found the most perfect matches! There was such a wide range of sizes and colours, and I couldn’t be happier with my dress and with the experience they provided. Thank you so so much and I totally recommend!!
From the moment we walked in the store to the moment we left we felt looked after. Adrian, Moira and Sandra were very friendly and helpful. Georgia came away with the perfect gown and looked stunning. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be be making my next prom purchase from them. Thank you all for an amazing experience
I brought my eldest here 3 years ago & the team gave her an amazing time, making her feel special. Yesterday I again brought my other daughter & Adrian, Sandra & moira made her feel very welcome & were very patient. We bought a beautiful dress & the prices were good too unlike some other shops!!
Great selection of dresses and brilliant service, they knew just what would suit my daughter and made shopping an absolute pleasure.
We had a magical afternoon shopping for Prom for our daughter Emily and her friend. Not long after we walked in we were met by the owner who greeted us and established our budget. The customer service he delivered made the occasion very special, hand choosing dresses within budget he believed would suit best. We were there 2.5 hours, tried on several dresses and came out very happy with a stunning gown. Thanks to all who assisted, especially to niamh in the changing room. We would highly recommend!
What a gem of a store this is. From the moment we arrived and were introduced to Adrian and team we knew we were in excellent hands. Adrian knew exactly the dress for Abbi and could not have made her feel more special and confident. The whole team were so attentive, took their time and ensured we had the most memorable experience.
