Baildon Medical Practice

Was hoping to initiate more Access to my health records on the NHS app,was told that the practice manager was the person to ask to permit,I believe this to be Lizzy Lister who on the medical practice website indeed welcomes any queries,but doesn't seem to give an email or phone number.? could be me not looking hard enough, that being the case apologies.

I just wanted to thank you for your kindness and care for Brian yesterday. In particular to Claire who was so helpful kind and caring and to Dr Chambers who was amazing and went well above the call of duty. We cannot thank you enough.

Fantastic little surgery..,staff always willing to help and go that extra mile to help …….

Our family don't need to use our GP surgery very often. This month we have needed a medical report completing and an appointment for an acute condition. Despite the NHS being incredibly busy and staffing levels depleted by covid we got a quick and helpful response about both issues from our practice. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The phone was busy but finally answered at 8.30am and offered appointment for 9 20 that day. Bloods taken also at a later appointment on the same day. Excellent service and thankyou. Worries promptly dealt with!

My solicitor requested my medical records. Baildon medical practice sent them and informed my solicitor they where complete when in fact they weren't. There was over 100 documents missing. Dr. Simon CHAMBERS told me to post an MRI scan referral myself. He said the fax machine had broken which was a lie. Dr.Jenny WRIGHT wouldn't give me the results of a second opinion. They deny getting letters and faxes. John BROMLEY practice manager is a liar. He told me that the practice didn't have an email address but here it is [email protected] You can use it when you need to make a complaint or use [email protected]. Good luck you will need it.

Absolutely fantastic service from Baildon Medical Practice - I simply can't envision any better! I've been on their books for 35 years and would hate to have to change. Wonderful people - all of them ...

Rang up to see if I can collect a prescription up at 6:10/6:15 they said yes that’s fine.... got here at 6:15 and cleaner told me they’ve gone home early! That’s me with no medication until Monday!! Let hope nothing happens

They have spotted a prostate cancer early enough to cure it. Dealt with emergency situations promptly. Overall a top class surgery.

Like any other medical practice waiting to see your doctor each patient having 10 minute slot, but not long enough, as for parking enough room for about 20 car's, let's be honest none of us want to be there in the first place?.
