No joke. Don't even think about getting a jacket potato anywhere but here. I'm serious. The bean to cheese ratio is beyond perfection and I wouldn't class the workers as 'people' but 'angels from another planet where jacket potato's are currency'. If I could give more stars I would.
Food is good and prices not too bad for Birmingham. Queuing system can get a bit hectic at lunch times, would be good if there was a designated split, orders taken on one half, waiting for orders on the other half.
Absolutely crazy ordering and serving system. Which makes for an intimidating environment to order the food from. The food is good!

Quality food, lots of choice, reasonable prices, however when it's busy you do have to wait quite a long time for your order.
We order our lunch over the phone and it's always ready when we arrive to collect. Food is consistently nice and staff are very friendly. Price is very reasonable as well.
