Terrible and miserable customer service from the post office except when Julie is there. Refusing to give proof of postage as “doesn’t get paid enough” to give them out. Boycotted the place for over a year now and drive into finham instead. From the other reviews it’s clear they’re not bothered about the business.
I travel from Leamington and go out of my way to deal with this post office because of the lovely staff and great service. It is friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. They have to deal with a lot of awkward self opioniated customers who are the very ones who write bad reviews. I never normally do so but on this occasion the reviews are so wrong and I feel google should monitor them more closely so that the owners have a chance to give a balanced view.
Dealing with the proprietor of this post office / village shop always leaves a bad taste in my mouth. He is arrogant and rude and has managed to annoy me during even fleeting transactions like buying a lighter. Sadly, this is your only option in Baginton and he knows it.
Refused proof of postage because he "doesn't earn enough money off stamps to account for extra time bothering with proof of postage" then decided he was "too busy" for proof of postage even though I was the only one in the shop. Arrogant, rude and a disgusting human.
Got what you need. Staff very friendly. Post office good and dont try to charge you for services you dont need.
Small village shop, what you'd expect for a village of its size, well priced items.
