Very underwhelming brownies. Salted caramel is such a simple classic but the saltiness doesn't come through at all. Also the caramel being sandwiched between two layers of brownie meant that most of the caramel had ended up on the paper packaging by the time we opened it.
Bought the brownies box for a friend for her birthday and she loved them so much that I decided to purchase the Ambassador's golden ball for Christmas. This was on the pricier side but really delicious slightly warmed and served with ice cream. The only criticism I have and that is not only with this brand but they never allow you to pick the flavours you would prefer in a box. Once this happens, you can not go wrong as a gift
My partner was brought these brownies from friend due to passing of his Dad. We had never heard of this company before and have to say they were delicious. My personal favourite had to be the Jaffa cake and my partners favourite was the ferrero rocher. We would highly recommend and would order in the future.
Bit dry, not the best flavours I’ve ever had in a brownie, the packaging was OTT and plastic foam packing peanuts were not needed… and not good from an environmental impact view. Over priced… go to m&s and get a tub, save a fortune and it’ll be just as good. Wouldn’t recommend.
I received a huge piece of brownie as a surprise, organised by Small Business Britain to eat during one of their webinars. It popped through the letterbox… well packaged for transit and all the delicious crumble topping stayed in place. Not only did it look amazing it tasted delicious as well… in fact one of the best Brownies I have ever tasted. I’ve had a peek on the Bad Brownie website and am now thinking which of my lovely friends to send a surprise box to first….
Placed an order with this company via email - which was first of all not actioned. Then after we chased them they processed the order but didn't include our message to our clients. So effectively making the Christmas gift anonymous. This fiasco cost us £620.00. No phone number to call them either - bunch of cowboys.
These brownies are amazing, they do so many different flavours and at such a good price, they have so many flavours which is perfect and they have vegan ones i will definitely have them again!!!
These brownies are delicious and the customer service is excellent. Ordered a few times for work and it’s an easy, quick and professional service.
My lovely cousin Charmaine surprise me with this yummy brownies. The brownies are very delicious. I had the Maltesers, Oreo and Biscoff brownies and I highly recommended them!!! It was delivered in a small box and arrived with a DPD courier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
