A real classic non league football ground. Excellent picturesque setting up in the hills of East Lancashire which is a delight in good weather but somewhat challenging in the depths of winter.
Home of the famous "premiership pie" which certainly lives up to the name - delicious and worth missing Saturday lunch at home for.

Went to watch the Remmy play a night game there and was blown away. In the heart of Rossendale the club has a great little bar and food area and are so hospitable. 
The pitch isn't clever and you will know what I mean if you've been.
But for me the smell of the coal fires in the village took me back to my childhood? A find memory
