I’m usually a size 10 or small but ordered medium as not ordered from here before. The t shirt was really small when it arrived so I asked for an exchange for the next size up. So far so good and they gave me the address to send it back I sent it recorded delivery. I had to keep chasing the replacement and still don’t have it 6 weeks after sending back the original. Now they are ignoring my messages asking for a replacement or a refund. Pretty poor quality and really poor service. Avoid as not a trustworthy or reliable company.
So many great shirts here! Anything you want, from the Beatles to Nirvana. You’re left alone to rummage & explore; the top floor is amazing! Friendly staff and great customer service. Will be back soon!
WHY is it so hard to contact this shop? I’ve been sending mails and texts but they do not respond, it’s incredibly frustrating. I’m tempted to say this shop is basically a scam. PLEASE, for the love of God, ANSWER.
Ordered online, was shipped two months later and ‘received’ some weeks after. Never saw my T-shirt and no response through numerous emails. Should not buy from this place.
I placed the order and paid it completed in Oct 2022. They sent the package one month later instead to my address but somewhere else. I contacted them for clarification, no response. And also no charge back! Be careful with this store!
I ordered a male xl t shirt and was sent female. After many emails to backstage originals and the promise of a new t shirt in december, I've still not received one. Backstage have also stopped responding to emails.
Bought a shirt online. they charged an exhorbitant $26AUD for international shipping firstly. Now the shirt is the wrong size and I've emailed asking if I can exchange it and no reply in almost 2wks.
What an amazing store for music fans. You can go crazy with the amount of tshirts! And the lady is super sweet so that's a plus!!! If you are in the neighborhood definitely go and take a look!! :
DISAPPOINTED. Ordered 3 T-shirts through website but the Bowie T have some print issues off-center, crooked... I’ve emailed two times about it. Zero response.
Looks like a great range of products but …order a large womens tee and an XL arrives only to fit a small child I don’t expect a reply to email or response as other reviews of a negative nature aren’t seen as worthy of reply/response Obviously haven’t experienced the sizing of a real women bodies irl …
