Just been into store picked up a couple of things in sale the queue at tils was really long had to wait to pay they only had two open I asked the girl who served us if they could open another til. She shrugged her shoulders and said no! Nice to know customer service is so important to them.
I know it's gone now but when I was 5 I used to love walking round there I think it's really good hopefully it returns in the future
Place an order or many items, received all but one. Item ‘lost in transit’ despite me calling toys r us in plenty of time, they have not been able to trace item, and now will not be able to get item before Xmas. Well done toys r us.
Good pleasant service. Only issue is the parking, it is usually fairly hardtop park in ventura park, especially spring busy times.
Joke of a shop really not happy with the service off the staff . Need to remember that people are buying product from them would like them in good order when they get them home not in a poor and bad condition .

A great selection of toys, not too crowded, can be more expensive compared to other toy stores.
