Scott The Manager . He was Wonderful . Very Helpful . Nothing was Too Much Trouble For Him . When he got called away . He didn’t leave me on my own . He Got Jim to Carry On . Then Andy Helped to Loads Doors Etc in my Car . All 10 out of 10 .
Good found everything I needed. Only problem is the queue at the till mid day is madness. Need more tills open between 12 - 2pm
Called in last night. Dave was brill. Found me the part I was looking for and explained how to fit it. Great service
We ordered a fireplace back in may it eventually arrived damaged so return no other fireplace delivered so we asked for a refund we have been waiting for weeks it's £352 it's a lot of money we just get excuses
Shocking customer service. Went to collect a click and collect order yesterday collect within an hour. No one at the collection desk but 3 staff chatting at the self checkouts so asked for help. Jo told us to go stand at the collection desk which we did for 10 minutes. Still no staff, still 3 staff members staring at us from the self checkouts. Eventually a young lad came over, couldn’t help, had to go get Jo who had been standing there the whole time. She couldn’t find our order so argued with my husband that he had ordered the wrong thing he hadn’t, she had written the order number down wrong no smiles, apologies, any helpful behaviour of any sort. Eventually 2 hours after placing the order and 40 mins of standing at the desk we got our order. It hadn’t even been picked. Will not be using this b&q again
