Popped in to get some paint, I noticed I'd seen it advertised cheaper at Wickes however, when I mentioned this to Rob at checkout he called Adam over who checked the price comparison and with no hesitation matched the lower price.nExcellent service nDulux Daffodil White Silk
If you need any help ask for Ron. This guy is top quality when it comes to customer service. Festival park B&Q you have found a diamond with this one, nothing is any trouble big or small. I really can't praise him enough.
Appalling way senior management treat their customers and staff…nnOnly one proper till, they actually only have ONE! loads of people waiting…nMore staff finally arrived after I’d waited nearly 10 minutes alreadynForced people to use self checkouts, therefore making it appear they’re popular, they’re NOT!nReal reason is they need less staff.nStill a big queue behind me and several people thought they were opening proper tills and had to rejoin the ONE queue for a till operator who was doing her bestnnQ. Everyones wondering why so many stores are closing everywherenA. Customer service is appalling…nIt is truly terrible here
