Went 1st time to B&Q and met Ted who was very lovely and helpful. Staff are really helpful and range of products to select from.nGood stuff
Staff are a bit useless to be honest. Didnt know where stuff was and misdirected us, one staff member just refused to help, gave bad advice apart from the one staff member who was in the gardening section. God help anyone who doesnt know what theyre doing
Peter helped us on both visits regarding door locks & handles and was wonderful & patient every time. Then Hannah helped us carry the door to our car haha! Excellent service and got everything we needed. Thank you so much
Customer services gone down hill come twice now for some cut wood only to be told the life story of the staff whose only job is to operate a machine to cut wood that thy can't do it because there on there own.nTotal wast of my time and my customer thanks. Everything else fine it the moment.nSo motivation in your staff wouldn't go missed you may gain my custom after this.
Paul is an absolute gem. Was approachable and listened to what I needed to achieve from the visit. He guided me through all the supplies and equipment that I might need and wished me the best for securing a plaque to a concrete flag. Really friendly and warm conversation. Thanks Paul!
