What an experience! The customer service is exceptional and that's one of the major highlights. It's quite busy here on weekends. It was my first time visiting a B&Q and it went extremely well. I found all the DIY items I came looking for and we also bought some extra items from here.
Fraser and kieran! Was absolutely amazing.Helping me out today. Can't thank you guys Enough. Especiall.nfraser on the saw. Thanks for putting up with me. And a massive thanks to all the other stuff who have help me out over the years!
Spoke to about 3 different staff members to ask where items were and no one had a clue, they could barely speak let alone direct someone to what aisle something was on, they were all acting like it was their first day on earth let alone the job!
I travelled 4 hours to get to this store including a ferry from the isle of lewis costing £180 I had a flexi account with my partner she was in the northeast I was on the island renovating the house,it was the biggest waiste of time and money I could of imagined. the store manager Anna was the most woke awkward person I have ever met in retail in my life.somd people go out on a limb trying to help some people create obstacles, she is the latter I had £4700 to spend honestly I'd father pay the ridiculous prices on the island than spend one penny in this store.i give this1 star because I had to I would of liked to give it minus 10. Before I put this absolute nightmare to bed I'd just like to say I used the account in b&q in stockton on tees the week before with no problems what so ever .A day waisted in my life
