Visited the Garden section of B&Q Eastwood with my Wife who spoke with Jess. Nothing was too much trouble. We were absolutely amazed and impressed by her knowledge. Jess showed enthusiasm, patience and care. Very customer focused and we felt we had a bespoke service. Jess was joined by her colleague Judith who offered further advice & assistance. These ladies are an absolute credit to B&Q and we had a fantastic customer experience, well over and above expectation.

Whilst taking a can of paint off the shelf yesterday I was covered n paint from a can that had fallen behind and opened.  The member of staff sorry I didn't get his name but he was supervising the tills was very helpful and sorted wipes and helped me get cleaned up!

We were served very promptly by Tracey M on the paint mixing desk. Tracey resolved an issue caused by a colleague with empathy and good humour. Great rapport and fantastic customer service. Tracey encouraged me to download the app and saved me £5! Tracey is a credit to your store.

Always friendly staff, plenty of parking, good stock levels

Diy shop, all stuff needed for your house and garden, not so many variety compared to Nottingham mainly due to size. Garden centre. Friendly staff.
