Store service good when staff can be bothered. Sometimes they won't even say hello or even make eye contact but can live with that.
B&Q online and click&collect are shocking. 
Wanted to order some tiles and tiles adhesive, tiles not in stock in the local store so there was the option for home delivery but because they had the adhesive in store they wanted us to collect that and it was no option for delivery! Unbelievable.

It's ok if you know what you're looking for but when asking for help from the staff it seems like a hassle because you get the feeling that they just don't want to help.No staff ive come across even speaks Welsh!
