Went into the Huddersfield TradePoint today, just trying to grab a few things. There were three people stood around one till and honestly, none of them seemed bothered to help, except for one girl in a hijab, Amna She actually noticed me coming in and acknowledged me, straight away she was friendly, helpful, and just had a really nice way about her. She even just had a casual conversation with me. You can tell she actually cares about her job and about people.nnWhat really stood out was that she didn’t just do it for me, I watched her while she served others, and she treated everyone with the same patience and effort. That’s the kind of person you should be hiring more of.nnnot seen her before, either way, she made a proper difference to my day just by being kind and actually giving a damn. Please make sure this gets passed on, people like her make the place better.
Went in 30th October 25. Wanted to look at fires and ask some questions. I had a fire in mind but wanted to look at some others that where switched off. No staff about so husband went looking for staff. Returned 5 mins later saying the staff member he spoke to said no available staff at the moment we would have to wait. Eventually Gave up waiting and left with no fire. As we where leaving 3 members of staff onnOne till! Will take my money else where, where they need it cos b and q don't care.
B&Q is huge store wirh variety of products. My interest was in plants and gardening tools, so, i kept my focus in that area only. But still there is a lit to look around to decore your home.nQuality of products was good but i have not any idea about affordibility or price comparison with other stores.

2 hour queue at the wood cutting service needing 1 cut as selfish people abuse the system asking you to do their entire DIY project for them. If there's a queue, prioritise or limit cuts so others can get on with their day
