Dupliate listing for Wickes, which is a large DIY store with a wide range of products. Prices are reasonable and stock levels ok, but if you can go elsewhere, I would. On its positive side, there is ample parking, and always a free space no matter when you visit, but this may be because previous customers have been put off returning.

Awful experience. An online order which failed to be delivered, but was still recorded as completed by the store. Customer service simply writes an email to the delivery department, which then ignores it. Still haven't got after more than two weeks of phoning anyone I can get hold of. A disgrace.

Just went in on the off chance as were thinking of getting our kitchen updated. I was greeted by a nice salesman who went through the particular kitchen that I in mind, he well informed about his products and I was offered a cup of coffee too, which was a nice touch and first for me in any DIY superstores. He even mentioned their having sale after Christmas with savings up to 50% off!
