I was recently in & served by a Lorraine big glasses at Kingsgate. The smell of alcohol was absolutely disgusting off her breath was disgusting. Serving folk in that state. Personal hygiene was disgusting. Also sitting on a checkout discussing staff members who were on shift that day. Very unprofessional swearing etc. I was absolutely mortified. I don’t know who gave this horrible women a job. Does not even know how to communicate with her customers. Over growing Ned if you ask me.
Great shop with a wealth of things all under on roof, will say it can be a bit of a nightmare getting in and out if the Kingsgate is busy though.
