The shop is fine. For the staff. The basics like hello, thankyou and goodbye are easy to say. I felt like I was working for them at times. Don't be rude. Be nice.

Went into store asked the supervisor for a particular item. Which she laughed at us and said we don't sell them! You need to go to bnq for stuff like that!. Only to find in the last ilse they sold the item we were looking for. Very unpleasant experience. Did say to her on way out they do sell drills ect. She never took any notice.  The girl on the till was lovely.  Supervisor was unhelpful been there years would have her only to tell the truth.

This is not really my review.  I despise getting dragged round this shop almost weekly so my partner can can buy the latest bottle of zoflora. But hay she loves it. Shop has all sorts cleaning stuff at great prices. Also great for the pack lunch ideas and snacks.

Went into here and it was just alright. Nothing unusual for department stores. Staff was friendly but usually just walked around like there was nothing to do
