Their ‘Garden Centre’ is better described as a plant graveyard. Most plants were dead, it’s insane they even think to charge full price. Overheard other customers noticing the same. Not worth your visit!
Very well stocked store over two floors. Despite being busy, they keep it well stocked with products. Expect all the usual B&M products to be here.nnMy only and major criticism is that the checkouts are very small and congested. They are too close together with a bulkstand of products causes major obstruction. Check out experience can be very stressful. Also, It seemed they are a little understaffed as some of the checkouts were closed despite heavy Christmas customers.
My experience with this store and its customer service and complaints team was incredibly disappointing. The lack of professionalism, indifference towards customers, and failure to address concerns adequately highlight significant shortcomings within their operations. As a consumer, I expected better and will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Love this place - plenty of plant and home bargains to be found.nnIt's a big B&M and has a largish garden centre at the back with plants, fencing, nice pots, massive olive trees for £100, play sand for kids, other aggregates like shingle, slate etc.nnMost the homeware stuff is upstairs - there's also a DIY section up there with paint etc. They have some nice outdoor homeware bits in at the moment too downstairs near the garden centre.nnThere's also a HUGE toy section which means my kids tolerate coming here with me, plus it's great for wrapping paper and kids bday cards from 29p!nnI also stock up on some good snacks here like little lunchbox fillers, mini biscuits, etc.nnPlenty of free parking - just remember £1 if you need a trolley!
