Good selection of toys. Food, sweets, chocolate and drinks. Still at good price. Tilts always have queues. Parking is difficult on busy days.
Tried to overcharge for items that aren’t labelled in storenPicked up a cheap ball and was charged for it to be a nerf ball .nWhen went back for refund they were oblivious to it, at time of purchase SANA called another member over and they knew it wasn’t the right item and still over charged menNot apologetic in any waynWorse stocked B&M I’ve seen and staff seem as if they aren’t bothered to worknnThese are the balls I purchased and was told they are £5, upon searching the receipt they tried to say this is a nerf product.nnVery unclean store and unbothered staffnWouldn’t recommend
The store itself is good as is the choice and stock but it's not one to go to at very busy times like Saturday afternoons/early evening. The car park is absolutely gridlocked and you can spend 30mins moving just 2 car lengths. We gave up at 5.30pm on Saturday night and walked down to Bang Bang for dinner until it cleared. Apparently this is a regular occurrence and the staff are powerless to do anything about it. The company that owns the car park really needs to sort this out with whoever is in charge of the traffic lights that allow car park users back onto the main road - only 4-5 cars can go through the lights at a time. With 4 lines of cars joining together from the carpark this makes for an unbelievable delay to customers of B&M, Bensons for Beds, Matalan etc. This is really unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
usually messy especially when busy but what else do you expect, deals could be better and less variety of toys than I remember, checkout was a bit of a wait but no complaints with the staff, friendly and helpful. Shop layout/price labelling can be a bit confusing as sometimes things are not in the right place
Becoming a favourite one-stop shop for me. Reasonable prices, most items I buy from my usual supermarket are a little cheaper here. I also managed to buy a corner table at a bargain price. Free parking, although just double-check the maximum hours allowed.
