The staff at this store are really helpful and nice. Yesterday helping one old lady to the loo and the second (her friend) who had lost her handbag. The staff went out of their way to help, they deserve every credit. Another bonus was a really good choice of toys available.. Very pleased..

Good choice of stuff, but needs a good refurb as looking a bit scruffy, staff are on the general good but need to stop chatting to each other more.

Good for bargains the wife loves it -- called in today but unfortunately some numpty had dropped a can of white paint in the car park entrance and guess what -- I ran through the paint and my car tyres were dripping with white paint so whilst the we I've went in the store I spent half hour cleaning the car tyres and wheel arches before the paint dried hard -- luckily caught it in time -- someone came out of store and put sheets of cardboard over the paint on floor a little late methinks as paint had been spread around the carpark by others driving through it -- otherwise not a bad afternoon

Absolutely brilliant just a shame they dont have a fruit and veg area. You can more or less do aĺl your shopping in the one store

Excellent range of items that b&m obviously sell. But be prepared for the bad customer service by some staff that seem to be over pressured and management that look a little tatty as though they have been out all night. But don't let that put you off it is generally a great little store just a shame the customer services side of things aren't 100%
