Lady at the till (small blond old short hair) had a go at a kid who was on the other till for helping a member of staff. The kid was helping a girl because she felt sick the lady wasn’t even focused on me and trying to listen to his conversations then started screaming at him and bullying him saying that what he did was wrong even tho he said “if you feel sick go to the maniger and see if u can go home and if you are still throwing up the next day call in sick because other people can get sick” 
Then the lady on till 3 had the nerve to say what he did was wrong because she herd the wrong end of the stick she thought he said “if it’s that bad go home sick and just call in tomorrow sick to” then screaming at the poor kid and went to the maniger to complain about him even tho he did nothing wrong and was trying to help out. This lady is was really rude and had bad manners, bad customer service and seems to me lack of training.
