I went into this store to buy something, waited in the queue for about 10 minutes, then the card machine didn't work and the staff didn't really seem to care and just wanted to rush onto the next customer. The fact that the card machine didn't work isn't inherently a bad thing, but how you deal with these things that is what's important.nnOverall absolutely terrible place to shop and left me feeling hopeless.
Love this store sells all the odd bits i need
Was in pwllheli store this morning, & saw a male staff member using the body spray used quite a bit then returned it back to the shelf if he does often then a customer is gonna be paying for an opened can just wondering how many times he's done it, also was in the store other week asked a male staff for items which wasn't marked with a price on the shelf his reply was they'll tell you at the till well shelves should have prices on so customers can decide whether they want it before going to the checkout plus I struggle with walking as waiting for knee replacement operation so not that easy to just go to find out a price when staff are asked by customers
Went in to buy a replacement remote control for my mum.Asked a young chap if it was compatible with Freesat.Just grunted it'll say on the back.Paid at the till and some other charm school reject looked at me and said What do you want a receipt.And you wonder why the place dieing on its backside
Very poor staff service,they closed a till and made everybody wait for more than 15 minute +
